About Corinne Dempsey

As soon as you meet Corinne, you will notice her enthusiasm for real estate. It’s not just a career for her, it’s a passion.
After graduating from the University of Alberta, Corinne decided to travel abroad for a few years. She ended up working in England and purchased her first home there. After deciding it was time to return to Canada, she realized she could use the equity in her first home to buy an investment property on the Sunshine Coast. And so began the love affair, not just with real estate, but with the beautiful West Coast.

Corinne spent the next twenty years living and working in both Vancouver and the Sunshine Coast, continuing to buy and sell properties in both localities. Armed with this invaluable first-hand knowledge, coupled with a Degree in Commerce, Corinne is well equipped with the necessary skills to successfully guide her clients through an often-challenging real estate market. She has walked in their shoes, on both sides of the bargaining table.

Whether searching for a perfect retirement retreat on the Sunshine Coast, a dream family home or an investment property, Corinne will consider her clients’ individual circumstances and work diligently to ensure they attain their property goals.

When Corinne is not busy helping her clients, she can be found walking her two miniature dachshunds along the seawall, doing home renovations, or sharing time with her husband, riding their motorbikes on forestry roads, or exploring beautiful BC in their campervan.
